Terms of Service – PokeRip AU
Welcome to PokeRip AU. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
PokeRip AU sells sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, singles and collectibles within Australia. All prices listed are in AUD.
2. Accuracy of Information
We take care to provide accurate product descriptions, images and stock levels. However, mistakes may occur and we reserve the right to:
- Correct errors
- Cancel orders affected by inaccuracies
- Update information at any time
3. Orders & Cancellations
We may decline or cancel orders if:
- Payment issues occur
- Stock is unavailable
- There is suspected fraud
If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
4. Preorders
Preorder dates are estimates provided by suppliers and may change. If the distributor delays shipment, your preorder may also be delayed.
5. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Once an order is placed, the price is locked in.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
7. Limitation of Liability
PokeRip AU is not responsible for:
- Postal delays
- Australia Post mishandling
- User damage to received products
