Do you sell genuine Pokémon products?
Yes — all items are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG sourced from reputable suppliers.
Will I receive the exact product in the image?
Unless otherwise stated, images are representative. Cards are shipped in Near Mint / Pack Fresh condition. For select higher value items, the exact card or item shown will be specified in the product description.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Darwin, NT.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship Australia-wide only, with plans to expand later.
Can I return a sealed product?
Only if it is faulty, damaged or incorrect as per Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot accept returns for opened items or change-of-mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify supports all major cards + Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
Do you offer pre-orders?
No - we are currently not doing pre-orders but will introduce it as we get more setup.
How fast do you ship?
1–3 business days for all in-stock items.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking is emailed once your item ships.
