Shipping Policy – PokeRip AU
We ship Australia-wide from Darwin, Northern Territory.
1. Processing Time
Orders are packed and lodged within:
- 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- Preorders ship on release day or as soon as stock arrives
You will receive tracking once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Options include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping (recommended for sealed product)
Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
3. Packaging
We package orders securely using:
- Bubble wrap
- Rigid mailers
- Protective padding
- Extra care for sealed Pokémon products
Singles are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders or semi-rigids depending on fragility.
4. Delays
Shipping times may vary due to:
- Australia Post delays
- Weather events
- NT remote/region transit times
Once the parcel is handed to Australia Post, delays are outside our control — but we will always assist where possible.
5. Lost or Stolen Items
If tracking shows delivered but the item cannot be found, please lodge a case with Australia Post. We will help you through the process.
