Refunds & Returns Policy - PokeRip AU
At PokeRip AU, we aim to provide genuine Pokémon TCG products and a great experience for collectors. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse — especially for sealed trading card products where condition and authenticity must be preserved.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
We will arrange one of the following depending on the situation:
- Replacement (if available)
- Exchange
- Refund
Photo or video evidence may be required.
3. Sealed Product Policy
For Pokémon TCG items, all sealed products are shipped factory sealed.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened booster packs
- Opened tins, boxes, or ETBs
- Minor imperfections to external packaging (common with mass-produced items)
These do not qualify as faults under the ACL.
4. Lost or Missing Items
If your order does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate with Australia Post.
We will always assist you, however outcomes depend on the results of the postal investigation.
5. Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
